Checking in with what you need at the moment. "Am I hungry? Do I need to go to the bathroom? Are my muscles achy? Do I need a nap? Am I sleepy? Am I trying to push through my emotions?" This helps you pace yourself; an excellent way to avoid "burnout" & fatigue.
The "Thinking" part of us doesn't feel bodily sensations. But checking in with your body consciously, is a great way to value this part of you <3
